Law Review on Age Discrimination for Job Seekers in Indonesia
Abstract
The article examines age discrimination faced by job seekers in Indonesia, focusing on legal frameworks and societal perceptions. It analyzes the effectiveness of existing laws in protecting older workers and explores the challenges they encounter in the job market. The study also proposes policy recommendations to mitigate age discrimination and promote inclusive employment practices in Indonesia.
